ON THE SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENT
A fellow is not a substitute for management. Every partner names a consistent supervisor who can communicate, make decisions, provide context and support.
Your fee funds the fellowship
Partner fees pay fellows directly and make mentorship possible. Each fee is scoped to the project, so the work is proportional to the capacity you need, not a generic package.
